Since moving to Beverley 19 years ago St Mary’s Church has been our local Parish Church. I have been involved in various groups, with Keith, Matthew the rest of the family often joining in too. Over the years the sense of belonging to the church family has remained strong, even in times when it has been difficult to attend, due to work and other family commitments. The Church itself is a magnificent building but unfortunately the stonework of this beautiful 900 year old church is crumbling and needs £5m worth of restoration.
