Myself and Liam have chosen the crazy challenge of both spending 12 hours together cycling on spin bikes for the amazing charity Vision Romania. On 25\03\16 we will be at pure gym in Paisley from 7am to 7pm cycling our butts off for this fantastic cause. Many of you will know about Vision Romania as I have been going since I was 15 year old. This year I have talked Liam into coming an sharing his infectious personality with the people of Romania

We will be spending a week at a camp in Romania run by Vision Romania for deprived young adults with disabilities. In Romania people with disabilities are often shunned and disrespected. This week at camp allows them to forget about the social stigma and have fun, enjoy 3 meals a day, take part in crafts and games, meet people their own age with similar disabilities and allows their carers to relax and find out information and different ways to support the individual they care for.

We would greatly appreciate your support and can promise progress pictures throughout our 12 hour extreme spin class. Anyone that has taken part in a spin class knows just how sore your bum and legs are after 45 minutes so please support us and our butts in this challenege.
