We train professionals to spot depression to ensure people get help

Story

The Channel is one of the toughest swimming challenges in the world. Harry Salter aims to be one of the youngest to cross to France at just 16 years old.

It is likely to be a 22-30 mile swim and conditions are often very difficult. We aim to cross the channel in less than 16 hours. Harry's eldest brother Finn Salter crossed in 2014 in a time of 14 Hours 58 Mins.

During our training we are swimming Twelve degree water each weekend until September.
