In a moment of madness I've signed up to run 10 miles on a freezing January Sunday to raise much needed funds for The Sunnybank Trust. As you may know, I'm the Trust Co-ordinator for Sunnybank, so I see first hand just how important Sunnybank's services are to people with learning disabilities in our local community.

So, I've set myself this challenge to help give back to this amazing charity, and to hopefully raise some awareness about learning disabilities in and around Epsom and Ewell.

Over 1,700 people with learning disabilities live in Epsom and Ewell alone. They can be isolated and lonely. But at Sunnybank they find a warm welcome, a place to make friends, and somewhere to receive the support they need to live their lives to the fullest of their potential.

Any amount you can donate would make a huge difference, not only in spurring me on to the finish line, but to the lives of hundreds of people in our local community.
