Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.
- I'm 5"3 (and a 1/2)
- I get bored easily
- I'm impatient
When these factors are combined with running a 26.2 mile course, I'm sure you'll appreciate that it's not going to be a walk in the park.
The shin splints and blisters have already begun - and you can do something amazing that doesn't involve getting sweaty, joining a gym or even pounding the pavements. All you have to do is the easy bit and sponsor me from the comfort of your armchair.
I have been fortunate enough to get a place in the London Marathon running on behalf of Bede House. They are a small local charity that do great work with very limited resources. They really need your money and my blood, sweat and tears (well sweat and tears anyway, I'm hoping to avoid the blood bit).
