Hey everyone, 

So I am heading out to Palestine From the 5th to the 28th of September to design and build a skate park in a small village called Asira El Shamalyia just outside to city of Nablus.  The second part of the project is to then give skating lessons to the local kids in the village.  The fundamental aim of the project is to spread the love of skateboarding in Palestine, building community and friendship through the medium of skating.  The community we will be working with have experience conflict and adversity throughout their upbringing and the opportunity to provide a outlet for these kids is a very special opportunity.

Each volunteer in the project is required to raise £750 to cover the costs of materials etc.
