Story

So the original goal was to complete the  145 miles  Grand Union canal race (May 28th) starting in Birmingham and ending in little Venice London, with the fitness clinic team + family as my support team.

Then as it so often does over a pint (or in our case a hot chocolate), we decide I needed a warm up event, so we came up with the, Wokingham - Waterloo 100k (April 14th) I will run accompanied by Ian Davies on a bike.

As I plan to cover  300km over these to events (marathon is 42km) we thought it be a great excuse to raise some much need support for a great local cause Build For The Future.

Please visit www.bftf.org.uk to learn more about this great local cause run by some amazing people.
