Sarah loved animals and wildlife. From the newts, guinea pig farm (!) and cats of her childhood through the City Farm and Zoo in east London to the nightingales, slow worms and buzzards of Sussex - some declining, some returning - she felt a resonance with the non-human world and animals often felt it too. She would love the idea that we are remembering her by supporting those who are helping wildlife on this increasingly human planet.
