Isobel and I, along with the grand-kids, and friends, are joining in with the Sponsored Cycle Ride / Walk in aid of Keynsham and District Mencap Society.  It's going to be a fun day out raising money at the same time, 25-mile cycle ride or a 5 mile walk/run along the picturesque Bitton to Bath cycle path, starting at the Bird in Hand, Saltford and finishing back here for a well deserved buffet lunch!
