So the big day arrived .......what an experience! The crowds are truly amazing, the support you on a very emotional journey. I've battled with my nerves all week, especially this morning before the start. Once going I had amazing support from my wonderful friends and family, the zig zagged around the course to see me, all very emotional.

My final time was 4hrs 37 mins and 58 secs.  

I'm now exhausted but have got off lightly with only 3 tiny blisters, not quite sure how I'm going to manage the stairs tomorrow!
