On 11/9/2016 our group of 6 Ladies, aka Potty's Girls, have challenged ourselves to run the Cardiff 10k in aid of Kidney Wales Foundation which many of you know is close to our hearts. Some of us are novice runners and have trained weekly over the summer to prepare ourselves for the run.
