Watford Mencap have unfortunately had to cancel one of their main fundraising events, the Watford 10k, as there is no suitable location for it in 2016.  Hopefully it will return in 2017.  In the meantime I am running both the Henley 10k Trail Run (Sunday 8th May) and the Greenwich Battle of the Boroughs 10k (Saturday 14th May) to help replace at least a little of those lost funds.
