We provide water filtration & aid equipment to disaster & refugee zones worldwide

Story

In 2013, as a personal challenge, Myself and a few other Carter employees joined up with Advance lighting to cycle across England for the Coast To Coast challenge.  In doing so, we raised a substantial amount of money for charity.

Undeterred, the following year we set ourselves a bigger challenge and decided to endure the iconic 300M London to Paris bike ride. This was amazingly successful and as a company we raised over £12,000 for our local charity, The Birmingham Children's Hospital.

Typically, at the end of the 3 days, it was suggested that we don't stop in Paris by continue to the south of France!!  In 2015, we started the 2nd leg of the journey and cycled from Paris to the incredible cathedral city of Lyon in the heart of France.  On this occasion we raised over £3000 for a local charity providing solar powered lighting to remote communities in Africa.

This year is the final leg of our amazing trip and we are once again getting together to cycle the final 460KM (and 8500M of mountains!) from Lyon to reach our goal of Monaco in the south of France.  This year, the chosen charity is Aquabox (www.aquabox.org), a local charity that provides emergency aid and water purifying equipment to areas hit by natural disasters & poverty.

With your help, I hope to raise £500 to go towards our combined group target of £12500.
