Hi all..Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This will be the 8 th time I've completed  this epic ride from Wolverhampton to Aberdovey. For the last 5 years I have been accompanied by my good friend Paul  Freeman who finally succumbed to my badgering him to have a go and found he actually quite liked it!

I wish I could say this ride gets easier each time I do it but that would be a lie  However the effort everyone puts in on the day makes up for all the hard work .This year I am raising money for High Flyers , a locally based  charity working with young people with  learning difficulties to help teach them life skills and experience things that they normally would be unable to do.  Join me this year in trying to raise funds for this worthy cause and improve the lives of some young people in our community
