Wendy Nerac and her family have been huge supporters of Brig-y-don and the charity is always looking for ways to raise some money to enable them to carry on the important work they do for the vulnerable and young people of Jersey.

When Wendy saw a recent post on Face Book of me finishing the Southampton Half Marathon, we got chatting and she asked if I was running the Jersey Marathon again this year and if so, would I run on behalf of Brig-y-Don and help raise some much needed funds..? I said yes, of course..!! 

Running a marathon is hard, the training is hard, but its all made worthwhile if you know that you are doing it for a good cause..!!

I know there are constant calls on your charity and there are a number of great causes out there that need supporting, but if you can spare a couple of pound for Brig-y-Don, I know that they will use the funds well and they will make a difference to someones life who needs their help.
