Story
Me and my colleagues Nick and Michelle have signed up to the toughest sporting challenge any of us have ever undertaken; cycling from Lands’ End to John O’Groats in 9 days.
The challenge starts at Land's End on the south westerly tip of England on the 1st of July and we pedal our way through Cornwall, over Dartmoor and north along the Welsh border, skirting the Lake District into Scotland, via lochs and mountains to the North coast and John O'Groats. In all we will cover almost 1000 miles in nine days, passing through some of the most remote countryside in the British Isles.
Whilst the three of us keep fit on a regular basis this is something that will stretch us to the absolute limit.
The event is organised by the Isle of Man Children’s Centre and we will be raising money on their behalf. If you don't trust online payments then we will be very grateful to receive a cheque as payment made payable to The Children's Centre and this can be forwarded to me at Aon's address.
The Children's Centre offer a variety of valuable free services to children, young people and families across the Isle of Man. These include Mobex - education through adventure, Thriving Families - an early intervention programme to help families get in, get through and get on! Supported Child Contact Centre - keeping children connected with mum and dad when they are seperated, Out 2 Play - delivering free, open access play to all children.
We are personally paying for all the costs of taking part so all money we raise will go straight to the charity. More iInformation about the Children’s Centre can be found by following the link below.

I really hope you can help.
