Pure Insight is one arm of this charity. Based in Manchester it exists to support young people who have grown up in care as they make the transition from 'looked after children' to independent adults. 

Many of them have been failed by the care system and are ill-equipped to deal with the challenges independent life throws at them. They also lack the support so many of us take for granted from parents, wider family and friends. 

My cousin is one of a team of volunteers who mentor these individuals on a one to one basis and try to help them get on with their lives. Please give what you can.
