It's almost been a year since a very good friend of mine, Liam Miller, was tragically killed in York.

I will be running the York 10k (along with about 30 others) on the 7th August to raise money for the charity set up in memory of Liam

L.I.A.M provides grants and support to underprivileged students wishing to study art and/or music (both Liam's passions)
