George will be leading a group to the summit of mount Snowdon dressed as Spider-Man! This in itself will be a huge challenge for my boy aged only 6! He has chosen to do this to raise funds and awareness which makes me incredibly  proud. As a lot of you may no I suffer with bipolar disorder myself! George has seen the affects that this invisible illness can have on not just the individuals but also the people close to them!  He has seen the support and help that mummy has received and wants to give something back ......

This charity is based in warrington and they have helped me so much when I didn't think I could be helped - 1 in 4 people in the uk will experience a mental health problem each year.

From my experience and seeing it with my own eyes beds in hospitals are very limited and this increases the pressure to give support in the community.
