Story

Movember is responsible for the sprouting of millions of moustaches around the world. With their “Mo’s” men raise vital funds and awareness for prostate and testicular cancer.

As an independent global charity,Movember’s vision is to have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health.

Movember challenges men to grow a tash for the 30-days of November, thereby changing their appearance and the face of men’s health.

For the entire month, selfless and generous men known as Mo Bros, raise awareness for the often ignored issues of men’s health, by prompting conversations wherever they go. Men donate their face, and much like taking part in a run for charity, ask their family and friends to sponsor their efforts

Movember is not just for men. The women of Movember, known as Mo Sistas, play a vital role in the success of Movember. Not by growing a tash (you can if you want) but by supporting and encouraging the men in our lives to get involved. Mo Sistas also get involved by raising funds and awareness.

On the last day there will be an organised Shave Day in Casemates where the money raised will be handed over to the PROSTATE CANCER SUPPORT GROUP. A Certificate will also be issued to all participants.

Come on guys, get involved!! :)
