Giving up sugared snacks, deserts and drinks for 10 weeks, 10 March 2017
We develop initiatives that will lead to a more egalitarian Israeli society

Story

Sugar has been an addiction / bad habit for years. I don't like feeling out of control with how I consume it and trying to stop by myself has always been hard. I know that if people are committing their money to a charity because of me I'll feel forced to give it up for the 10 weeks. It's scary for me - as giving up any addictive behaviour is - but I'm determined. I addition I'm giving up refined carbs (white flour/rice), potatoes, artificial sweeteners (except diet coke/sprite) and dried fruit for the period. Thanks for supporting me.

The Abraham Fund is a great charity looking to build meaningful bridges between Arab and Jewish communities in Israel. We can't wait for governments and religious leaders to make things right, which is why I support organisations taking matters into their own hands.
