I am taking part in this madness (40 miles is a long way to
me!) for a good cause. I am raising money for the Hertfordshire Action on
Disability which is  local charity in the St Albans area which looks after
vulnerable people- the old and the disabled.  (see their web site www.hadnet.org.uk)They have just got their
funding cut and they really need help to carry on providing their vital
services to the local community.
