I will be running the Glen Moray half marathon on the 4th September followed by the Loch Ness marathon on the 25th September. I am aiming to raise money for the Ladybird Development Group based in Lossiemouth who work with local pre-school children who need additional support. The centre receives some funding towards its running costs of £80,000 from the Moray Council but the majority is raised through the work of the voluntary committee and public donations. I'm sure any money raised would be greatly appreciated and go towards making sure the children reach their full potential.

Every penny raised goes directly to help the very young children in our care, and pays for them to receive 1:1 support, education and therapies by highly qualified Keyworkers who are skilled in maximising their potential. We aim to help every child disadvantaged by disability, and prepare them for moving on to mainstream education when the time comes. But most importantly - to have lots of FUN during their time with us.
