I am working with children and parents from St Christopher's to help the local charity Kiya Survivors. www.kiyasurvivors.org.

A small group from St Christopher's will join with the leaders at the Rainbow Centre in Urubamba, Peru. Our aim is to help enrich the lives of the disabled and disadvantaged children there. We will decide on the specific projects after the Christmas break. 

We chose to support Kiya Survivors because the founder and organiser is the mother of a Year 3 pupil; the charity is local and transparent and moreover my colleague, Christina Perry, went to help at the Centre last year and has first-hand experience of how we can be of use there.
