What is “Extreme Action” and who can be involved? 

Extreme Action is a community social action programme developed by the Faith & Football Charity which gives young people from Portsmouth and the local area the opportunity to undertake social action, serve those in need and make a real difference.  

What is “Extreme Action - India”? 

 For those young people who have completed sufficient hours of social action with Faith & Football there is the great opportunity of experiencing social action amongst the poor and needy in Goa, India on a once in a lifetime trip! Faith & Football have a long term partnership with Rick & Gilly of Mustard Seed Ministries who work in Goa, India where those on the trip will get involved.  

What is Faith & Football?  

Faith & Football is a Christian Charity that aims to meet people where they are on life’s journey and help them reach their full potential. Faith & Football run a number of community and educational programmes in Portsmouth and other cities across the UK and also works overseas in India and Africa. Faith & Football is passionate about assisting young people to have a positive impact on the world both locally and globally.

How much do I need to fundraise? 

 You will need to fundraise a total of £1000 for the trip.  

What is covered in the cost? 

 The £1000 you raise will cover all travel arrangements, accommodation, transport, food and provision for gifts to those in need on the trip. 

 Why do I have to fundraise? 

 Fundraising for the trip shows your commitment to what you are signing up to do. Faith & Football as a charity fundraise to sustain their work. It offers you opportunities to help others before the trip.
