Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
We are organising a fundraising event to raise money for the Nepal earthquake relief fund. The plan is to run a 24 hour early morning training (EMT) session and get as many staff and pupils involved as possible.
We are asking people to sign up to a one hour session (or more than one!!) to either supervise, or join in the training and the format is outlined below.
25 minutes: As many Ton-ups as you can
5 minutes: Rest
25 minutes: One of the following (these can be done as relays to ease the strain!!!)
· Repeat Ton-ups
· Swim as many lengths as you can
· Row as far as you can
5 minutes: Change over

You start with 10 step-ups, run to a line 5m away and back again. You then do 10 step-ups followed by 9 crunches, run again and start at the top again. This continues until you have finished all exercises broken up by a lap around the parade square half way through (plus one at the end for good measure)
We will be keeping a running count of the total number of exercises achieved over the 24 hour period.........let's see if we can step-up our way up Everest!!!!
