As many of you will know I have done a bit of swimming in my time - but not so much in the last twenty years!

The thought of this swim fills me with trepidation but I'm finally getting on the case and will give it everything I've got to raise money for Richmond's Hope and make sure I make it to the other side of the Forth! 

Six years ago, aged 11 - my son lost his father suddenly and looking back I wish I had known about the amazing work Richmond's Hope does locally; helping children and young people rebuild their lives after the death of a significant person. I believe they really make a life changing difference.
