Event: Virgin London Marathon 2016, on 24 April 2017

Story

I'm asking you to donate as much money as you can to the RICE Institute because they do fantastic work for patients and families affected by dementia.

In return, I will endure 4+ hours of boredom, pain, dehydration, hunger, bleeding nipples, blisters and underpants creeping up higher and higher (which I can't adjust because of the number of spectators). And that's just on the day of the marathon - bear in mind all the training I have to do just to get to the starting line.
