On Sunday 23rd August I will climb Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in Britain, with 10 children and adults who have diabetes type 1. We aim to raise funds for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
The JDRF is a charity I wholeheartedly support because my 5 year old nephew Felix was diagnosed with diabetes 3 years ago.
Although Ben Nevis is only 1344 meters high, it is a strenuous climb, especially if you have diabetes type 1. But we can do it. Ain't No Mountain High Enough!
Please join me in supporting the JDRF by sponsoring our climb. Your donation will help us find a cure which will be life changing for everyone with diabetes, including Felix.
Thank you very much for your consideration!
