In memory of Robert Makgill
We provide a campaign and helpline to help prevent male suicide in the UK.

Story

Last summer my brother, Bob (aka Robert aka Dazzler), took his own life. He, like so many other young men, saw death as his only way out. CALM is a charity that is doing an incredible job of bringing suicide into the spotlight and helping young men across the country feel safe to talk about their personal battles. The statistics are terrifying (it's the single biggest killer of men aged 20 - 45 in the UK), but thankfully this organisation is dedicated to making a very real difference.I have decided to cycle the 520km between Paris and Geneva over 4 days in September to raise money for this fantastic charity. Please give whatever you can afford to help them. The last time I saw Bob was the night before the London to Brighton bike ride. Mid ride he sent me a message… "pedal!!!! … proud of you Ham x"So Bob, I'm doing this for you.

I miss you mate.xxx
