I really need your help.......

This September I will be undertaking my first Ultra Marathon - a 50 km run along the Thames Path National Trail from Runnymede to Henley.   

I am running to raise money for the Thames Valley Adventure Playground in memory of my gorgeous friend Sarah. TVAP offers a unique range of adventurous, therapeutic and educational play activities in a safe, caring and stimulating environment for both children and adults with all types of disability.

The Thames Valley Adventure Playground is a registered charity with as little as just 5% of its annual income coming from the local authority. This means that TVAP relies on the efforts of fundraising and the support of local people, businesses and communities to raise the money required to cover annual running costs.

TVAP is a charity that is very close to my heart, please help this incredible cause by sponsoring me as I run/walk/crawl my way to the finish line in Henley. Every penny will go straight to TVAP enabling their fantastic work to continue and will keep me motivated when I realise just how ridiculous an idea this ultra marathon business is!!!
