Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On 2nd May 2016 Daryl will be running the full Belfast Marathon whilst I run an impressive 5 mile leg of the relay (which feels like a marathon to me) for Crossroads NI.

Many of you won't know but unfortunately my mum's partner Kim passed away in 2012 due to cancer. He helped to set up Crossroads NI and was a huge ambassador of the charity. It is a great charity, taking care of children who need to care for their parents.

So, whilst Daryl shows us up doing the full 26.2 miles, myself,  my mum and a couple of other unfit 50 somethings will struggle around our respective legs, whilst I soak up the glory of crossing the finish line.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
