Story

The bike ride is in memory of Royston, my cousin, who has been helped tremondsly by a team of people based in Fleetwood. We felt we needed to raise money for such a great local organisation in helping young people to encourage and empower them to regain control of their lives and tackle their problems.

I asked Royston drug worker, Judith, to sat a few words about the Royston she knew. This is what she said,

" There are a lot of things I will remember about Royston and they are almost all good things. Like all of us he made mistake but those are not the things that marked him out. I will remember that he always treated me with respect. I will remember his shy smile and boyish charm that he always used even if he was unaware of it. I will remember the affection with which he always spoke to his family and how proud he was of his skills. Royston never made me feel sad until now. I am sure though like everyone who knew him and those who loved him I only will only remember all the good things he was."
