As you all know we sadly lost my dearest brother/friend Adam last November. He was one of the few people I looked up too, he made me want to better myself, made me want to make him proud and he continues to do so. He inspired me and those around him and I know he has left a massive hole in lots of people's life's.

In memory of my No.1 Bro Ad's, we are going to run 10 x 10k Runs in ten months. All moines raised will be donated to SASBAH. SASBAH supported Adam and my family throughout the years and they continue to do great work for people like Adam with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. 

All donations will be greatly appreciated. I will update this page with our progress.
