Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Another charity that means a lot to me is the Christopher Clarke cancer research fund. This charity was started in memory of my cousin who we sadly lost in 2006 after a short but strong fight against a brain tumour. Chris was always the funny cousin, he was only 3 years older than me and to be taken at the age of 18 was far too young. Chris lived life to the full and was laughing and joking right til the very end. This charity was set up to help raise funds for research into brain tumours in young adults. It was also raised for the awareness as not too many people were aware so many young people suffered from this horrific illness. Unfortunately Chris was one of the unlucky ones who lost his battle, he never gave up and we as a family were all so proud of him! This was one of the hardest things I have ever been through when I lost him. I am so proud of my auntie Karen  (Chris's mum) for setting this charity up, so please if you can spare any money whatsoever then please donate. It will mean a lot to me.

Thank you,

Hayley
