As most of you lovely people know my boys lost their dad in September 2013 suddenly, after the inquest we where lost as we came to term with our devastating loss- that's when I found CAYP! 

CAYP is a bereavement support charity who run groups for both children and adults- there the boys are free to cry, laugh and grieve with young people who know what it feels like. Their support has been unwavering and James wants to do something to give back and say thanks. I think that's pretty special. 

He is doing the 5k run at Run Preston and if anyone wants to join us in cheering him on you'd be most welcome! Thanks peeps!!
