I am taking part in the 5 K "Do it for Charity Superhero Run" on 15th May 2016 at Regents Park in aid of WOMAN'S TRUST, counselling and support service for women experiencing Domestic Violence.

1 in 4 women will experience some form of abuse throughout their life
In the UK 2 women a week are killed by their current or former partner
54% of UK rapes are committed by a woman's current or former partner
At least 750,000 children a year witness domestic violence

Women and Children shouldn't have to live in fear .... we all have the right to live free from abuse and fear!
