Those of you that know me well may be surprised to hear that I'm doing this 30 mile bike ride for the Bring Joy Foundation, it may seem like a short distance to you but it will be quite an achievement for me to do this so I urge you to dig deep and support the worthy cause that is the Bring Joy Foundation so that they can bring joy and sparkle to the lives of elderly people.
