The elderly are often isolated and living alone and forgotten as they are not seen out and about. Age UK do so much in the way of befriending these lonely individuals and providing them with the support they need when there is no one else to do so.

I have raised £355.00 through sponsorship by my colleagues so far and a further generous donation of £500 from my company is to be made. I have already beaten the target I intended to raise but please do give what you can to support this worth cause and encourage me to run faster!
