My husband and I are cycling 1000 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats in September 2012.This is a personal challenge and we have decided to raise money for charities close to our hearts.

Having been a GP for 25 years,both my charities relate to patients I have looked after.These are: BRIGHT [a local charity in aid of research into gastrointestinal cancer] and The British Lung Foundation as 1 of my special interests is respiratory medicine.
