Andy and I are taking part in the Color Obstacle Rush in support of The Springboard Project.

The Springboard Project aims to support disabled children and young people in enjoying active social lives which helps to build life skills and independence and enhance wellbeing. The adapted play centres in Horsham and Crawley promote inclusive play for all, welcoming non disabled children along with their families too.
