28 April 2015 is a significant milestone birthday for me, I am therefore using it as an excuse to tap my friends and acquaintances for loads of money for Age UK Norfolk.

As those who know me are aware I am not into running, mountain climbing, cycling, parachuting out of aeroplanes or abseiling down tall buildings.  However I do enjoy a party!  

So please help me celebrate a birthday I would prefer to ignore by donating as much as you feel comfortable with to Age UK Norfolk.  A cause we will all come to feel we need help from!
