Story
Daisie was brought into Llys Nini today, 7 Oct 2013, by an inspector. She’s a 4yr old Shih Tzu who is very thin, has an untreated skin condition so has lost all her fur. Her eyes are terribly infected but that’s not all. This little girl is also carrying a litter of puppies which is due in possibly 2-3 weeks time.
Even after all this she is the friendliest little dog ever. She is currently on a number of medications for her skin and eye infections and will have to be constantly monitored during her pregnancy.
DAISIE UPDATE. Sunday 13th October Daisie has been in labour for most of the morning, and so far has given birth to 5 LITTLE PUPPIES and there may be more on the way. She has been brilliant - she has done it all by herself, cleaning and washing each pup as it ...has arrived. A fabulous little mother despite her condition. Seb has been on hand to act as midwife but has not yet been needed. He reports all is well with Daisie and pups!
