Heros Fitness is the home of the most amazing members you could ever wish for, and they have all decided to put in a team effort to raise some money for the local childrens ward.

we are aiming to keep 21 spin bikes spinning for 24 hours equaling a total of 504 man hours on the bikes! the event will be taking place within the Tesco's Hardwick super store on febuary 12th

we are raising money for our local childrens ward (rudham) in kings lynn as i think most people have small children in there familys and every little helps when funding such a great local services.
