Holly, Hannah and Jane will be attempting to complete an Olympic triathlon in memory of Pomps - that's a 1.5km swim (in the Thames), 10km run and 40km cycle.

Kate's Home Nursing looked after Pomps in his final few days and we'd like to make sure that they can continue to help others.
