Story

This year I've decided to complete the Nijmegan Vierdaagse again, the last time being 10 years ago! I am going to complete this march for The Chilterns MS Centre charity, who have provided great support for many sufferers of MS in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, as well as my own father.

I'll be walking 128 miles over 4 days - That's 32 miles (50km) a day in the July sunshine of the Netherlands. That's more than 4 marathons back to back.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a neurological condition which affects around 100,000 people in the UK.

Most people are diagnosed between the ages of 20-40, but it can affect younger and older people too. MS affects people in many different ways, including physical signs such as vision problems, dizziness, fatigue and stiffness or spasms as well as mental signs.
