This year I've decided to complete the Nijmegan Vierdaagse again, the last time being 10 years ago! I am going to complete this march for The Chilterns MS Centre charity, who have provided great support for many sufferers of MS in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, as well as my own father.
I'll be walking 128 miles over 4 days - That's 32 miles (50km) a day in the July sunshine of the Netherlands. That's more than 4 marathons back to back.
