Story
I know, I know, I told you all that you were all wonderful when you donated to my previous challenges and I told you all that I would never, ever ask you to donate again - but here's the thing, cancer just isn't going away!
So I thought it was time to do another challenge and once again (and for the absolute, definitive, final & last time) see if you could find your way to making another wee donation to a good cause.
Having recently lost close family to cancer, my wife Morag & I decided to enter the London Marathon in aid of Marie Curie. So we went and got ourselves sorted with new trainers, new gps watches and new oversize lycra (and obviously new smaller lycra for when all the training paid off and the weight started dropping off).
Training was going well for us both until Morag was unfortunately diagnosed with a kidney tumour and had to withdraw from the event.
By the time I get to the start (and hopefully finish) line Morag will have had her tumour removal operation and will definitely be well on the road to recovery and cheering me on from home with the kids.
I know I am a pest and I know I keep asking, but if you can, please donate...
