These I believe were my first words when we completed LEJOG two years ago and raised a great deal of money for York Against Cancer. In fact we had so much support from all our friends that we were 'persuaded' to cycle the route again, but in reverse, in aid of York Against Cancer 25th Anniversary appeal.</p> <p>So we are off&nbsp;in June&nbsp;- 5 of the original 8 riders, plus 3 newcomers including my son Rory, who having previously stated that we were all stark raving mad, didn't need much persausion to join us! It promises to be great fun (if a little painful at times) and if we can achieve anything like the amount of money raised last time it will be very worthwhile - so thank you in anticipation of your support.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
