Well its finally happened I have had my mid life crisis and at the ripe old age of 44 I will be running my first marathon on the 2nd May in Belfast.  I am trying to raise some funds for ADD-NI who have been a brilliant help to us after our son Scott was diagnosed with ADHD.  They have put both Scott and my wife Deirdre through courses to help them understand this condition better.  As with all charities they have had their funding cut because of government cutbacks so any funds I can help them with would be gratefully received thanks for reading
