Hello lovely people!

Thanks for clicking onto this page. I am trying to raise as much money as possible to ensure that women and girls who are victims of sexual abuse and violence can have access to the wonderful free counselling and care that Rape Crisis can provide.

Last summer I turned to Rape Crisis for help. The moment I spoke to someone on their helpline, I knew that there would be a way to think about my experience without guilt and shame. My counsellor showed me how to accept my anger without letting it turn towards myself. She told me that my value would never be derived from the actions or understanding of others, which helped me more than I can say.

I so strongly feel that women everywhere deserve this level of care and encouragement. Helping the Rape Crisis centres of England and Wales is a good start.
